Shipping policy

All products are shipped from the site of production or the distributor. Therefore, shipping prices and timelines are based on each product and your specific shipping location. Please see the information for your product and that available at checkout for more information.

If you have been expecting a product but haven't received it yet, please contact our team using the email hello@tropeandswagger.com and we will work with you to resolve any problem. As a small family business, we thank you for working directly with us rather than hitting the chargeback button, which just moves our money to the giant credit card companies. 

International Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, South Africa, and Iceland and orders over £135 to the UK are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that duties, import taxes, and any customs clearance fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate of applicable charges before placing your order. Trope & Swagger Press is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges levied by customs authorities.
